Only two of our family owned spaces remain at Evergreen-Washelli
Our parents purchased Lot 513 in 1975; planning ahead for the entire family. However, even the best laid plans can change. Four of these beautifully located plats were sold several years ago. Now, we are now selling the last two (side by side) sites. The Evergreen-Washelli website lists in-ground burial spaces start at $4,995. Please note that the sites we are offering would most likely demand a price somewhat above this "starting at" point due to their location in the preferred "Martin Luther" Section. We are offering both sites for $5,400 total and this includes the Title Change and Recording costs at the Evergreen-Washelli office.
